resurrection

In the beginning was the Word
And the Word created
A time had been appointed
His people would be liberated

In human eyes a God so far away
One who expected much
But a chosen few
He revealed His plan as such:

Coming as a man, thru Jesus His Son
He humbled himself as nothing
In all points tempted
In every way suffering

He died a cruel death
As a payment for our sin
Bearing the shame upon His cross
Below a sign declaring Him Sovereign

Out of the tomb
He arose three days and nights later
Appearing to many
Who would be witnesses and propagators

Of the truth they would proclaim
Thinking nothing of their lives
Spreading the great news
Of Jesus the Christ

Now we come to today
Christ’s kingdom still growing
Longsuffering God has
His witnesses going and going

Into all the world
The message is the same
As when Jesus walked the earth
And for this reason he came:

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to
preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted,
to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind,
to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

Luke 4:18-19

Remember from the beginning,
God appointed His people to liberation?
All for God’s Glory!
That is the summation…

The Body is a child
She wants to be a queen
But must wait for awhile
For the mirror to be clean

Speaking as a child
Only knowing in part
In love she is growing
Renewed in heart

Becoming matured
The mirror gets clearer
Her faith gets stronger
Her Hope draws nearer

Looking to the heavens
In great anticipation
Her Lord will rend the sky
And finish her sanctification

Transparent is the glass
At the end of the race
Perfection has come
She now sees face to face

Resurrection Song by Christ Our Life

There is no peace found in the Emergent movement that has pervaded those that consider themselves the people of God.  No one who follows that path agrees, on Truth, that is. They are still in unbelief, for if they believed, they would be at peace(2Cor13:11) and free from that internal striving in their hearts to grasp for something meaningful, but are never able to attain.

Joh 8:25-32  Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.  26  I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him.  27  They understood not that he spake to them of the Father.  28  Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.  29  And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.  30  As he spake these words, many believed on him.  31  Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;  32  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Is it okay, to accept that everyone has their own belief in who God is? Should each of us as individuals continue on as if “I’m okay” “Your okay” “We are all okay” , “What is important is Love, and doing good” “I’ll let you be who you want to be as long as, you let me be who I want to be”

The apostles of Christ, who were taught by Jesus himself, think otherwise:

1Co 1:10-11 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. 11 For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.

Rom 12:16  Be of the same one mind toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

Rom 15:6  That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2Co 13:11  Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.

Php 2:2  Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, and one mind.

Php 3:14-16 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. 16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.

1Pe 3:8  Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous

We have one Head(mind) in the Body of Christ, Jesus himself; and the Body has to cooperate with that Head or you have chaos…

Do you have no peace with God or man? Repent and Believe the gospel. There is only One Way, One Truth, and One Life…Jesus is the One…

We went out into a wheat field yesterday and the Lord gave us a wonderful lesson on the difference between wheat and the tares…

On first observance, the wheat was so close together, intermingled, touching one another; a small area but an innumerable amount. Like we are. Secondly, there were the not-so obvious weeds and the obvious weeds. Some were very hard to distinguish from some feet away, but others boldly made their presence known. Sometimes people blend in among us as children of God looking almost exactly like us, but then through closer discernment, there is bad fruit like a weed, good for nothing. But others stick out like a sore thumb, blending with us in the younger stages of being a christian, and then they manifested pretty boldly  and are definitely not of us. Next, I could see that as the wheat had matured it had bowed down, but not the weeds.  For it is of a poor and contrite spirit that our Lord desires from us, not the outward look of being a christian and without fruit. A humble heart bows down, but not a proud one.

As we were first plucking the heads off the wheat, Brandon showed how to crush the heads and then blow the chaff away, so that the fruit could be revealed and useful to eat. We must go through much suffering when Lord is getting rid of all the sin and vain, profitless things in our life. It is only then that good fruit that the Lord has been cultivating in us can be revealed. I remembered our Lord taking the disciples through the wheat field on the sabbath and them being hungry, so they ate (Matt 12). Teaching the pharisees the true meaning of the Lord’s rest and not trusting in earthly means(I will have mercy and not sacrifice). Relying totally on him for all our earthly needs, for he gives us all things if we seek to follow him. The disciples followed him into that field, but not on a road. He didn’t have to go through that field, but knew they needed mercy for their hunger pains.  But all the pharisees worried about was the law(“your not allowed to do that, you need to follow the preset rules our system that we have put you in bondage to”) As in the field, I was standing in last night, O, the mature weeds love to stand up and say “here I am look at me, I’m tall and proud”.

The next thing I was shown as we were plucking were, the dead ones. They were slightly shorter and obviously dead and not that golden color(light) of the live ones but dark. I also noticed they had not bowed down before they died. “twice dead plucked up by the roots” Jude 1:12 The seed had originally died for life to produce, but never came to completion in what it was to do. So now it was good for nothing but to pulled up(dead plants are easily pulled up) and to throw into the fire with all the weeds. And the little fruit it did have was not accounted for.
For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 25:29-30

And with the good wheat(bowed down, Light in color)there were very sizes to the heads of the grain. Some very small, some of average size and some very large heads.

But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
Mat 13:23

All of the wheat that endures to maturation will bring forth much fruit. Some more than others, but all good and profitable for use.
